Site Description: The Kama'aina Glee Club was established in 1971, with the sole purpose of bringing kanaka maoli together to share our pride for our native homeland through mele and hula!
Many Hawaiians moved to Southern California to create a better life for their ‘ohana, however, it was not without a cost. Many of us found that the “Aloha Spirit” soon became lost in the hustle of this new fast-paced life. With the creation of our Glee Club, many families and friends are able to come together to share the journey and continue learning about our rich culture!
If you are Hawaiian or a “Hawaiian-at-Heart” and would like to experience pure aloha every week, we welcome you to join us…
HULA every Monday night (6 - 8 pm) CHOIR / KANIKAPILA every Tuesday night (7 - 9 pm)
